2013 Registration Forms

To be involved, please download and print a registration form and mail it in. Participants will be selected on a “first-come, first-served” basis with priority being given to past participants. Space is limited so please contact us as soon as possible. You will be contacted with further information on finalizing the registration including how to pay the registration fee, specific details on the event, and required released forms. Please note that all indoor spaces at the Camp Big Sky prohibit smoking. Alcohol consumption is also prohibited.

Please DO NOT E-MAIL your registration forms as we must have signed, original forms. Mail your completed and signed forms to the address shown on the bottom of each form. Do not combine names on a form as we must have a separate form for each person participating as an angler, attendant, boat captain or volunteer.
